Speedway Victoria AGM, Open Forum, Drivers Championship Dinner and Safety Training July 23/24
Attention: July Sat 23rd and Sun 24th 2011
Including AGM, Open Forum, Drivers Championship Dinner and Safety Training.
Saturday 23rd July All the Saturday program, including the dinner will be held at “Wangaratta Club”, 4 Victoria Parade, Wangaratta, Victoria.
1.30pm Speedway Victoria AGM
2.20pm Afternoon tea (supplied by Speedway Victoria)
2.30pm Open Forum – open to all Track, Clubs, Classes (members plus non members)
- please limit to 2 reps each –
6.00pm Drivers Championship Dinner –
3 course meal $20 per head Bookings a must – book & pay by July 8th2011
Will include Guest speakers and presentations.
Sunday 24th July
Safety Sessions
All the Sunday program will be held at the Wangaratta Speedway, Shanley Street, South Wangaratta Reserve, Victoria.
9.00am Safety Day arrival and registration
9.30am Sessions covering:
- Technical fire refresher
- Fire training for those who have not attended previously
- Technical concerns and procedures of scruitneerning
- Race Car Extractions
- Sports Assembly – Grants, Volunteering, Club Promotion etc
- Guest Speakers
2.30pm Wrap up, afternoon tea and depart
Summary of details you need to report back please!
Sunday morning, afternoon tea and lunch will be supplied by Speedway Victoria for all participants who confirm they are attending by Friday 8th July 11.
For Sunday training we need the name of the Track or Club and the number attending please.
Drivers Presentation Night - $20 for 3 course – bookings & payment a must by July 8th 11
Accommodation – at your own cost and need to book yourself!
