Speedway NSW and ACT Presentation Evening
Speedway NSW/ACT held its inaugural State presentation in conjunction with the Sprintcar Association of NSW at Liliys Function Centre on 21st May.
Terry King (Board member) and Lindsay Vidler (Board Chairman) presented the recipients with their awards; Bob Tunks and Bruce Howle received the "Life Time Contribution to Speedway" award.
Steve Hopping received the Official of the year for his services to the sport at PCR, John Gore received the Meritorious Award for contribution to Club and Speedways.
Two rising Stars were also named (with these awards to be presented at their respective Club/Association presentations) those being Matthew Jackson (Speedcar) and Max Clarke ( Production Sedan) The awards given were unique and in the shape of NSW.
