2011/12 NSSS Set To Launch In Gympie
After a long build-up that has seen an expanded series of races announced, a record number of sponsors and awards confirmed and 19 contracted drivers locked in, the 2011/2012 Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series gets underway tonight (Thursday, December 29) at Gympie’s Mothar Mountain Speedway.
With an expanded race schedule, an exciting new restart format and a line-up of Australia’s finest speedway sedan exponents, the foundations are in place for what should be the most exciting Carline Mufflers National Super Sedan Series ever.
Racing at Mothar Mountain Speedway gets underway at 5:00pm, with Super Sedans hitting the track at 6:00pm. The support program will include Modified Productions and Junior Sedans and, in addition to the on-track action, there will a jumping castle for the kids, free posters and series magazines and a chance to win a ride in the two-seater Super Sedan alongside defending series champion Darren Kane.
