Ogle Wins SmokeFree WA Manjimup Junior Sedan Championship
Drew Ogle emerged victorious at the SmokeFree WA Junior Sedan Championship at Manjimup Speedway's twilight meeting on March 24th, with a brilliant drive on his home track.
The event was supported by a Speedway Australia Grass Roots Event Grant.
Ogle won the championship on points over the night with Albany's Blake Watson and Margaret River's Cameron Secker filling the minor positions. Ogle also took out the Barry MacArthur Memorial trophy for highest points on the night for a local Manjimup driver across all divisions.
More results and event details are available at manjimupspeedway.com.
Speedway Australia offers a limited number of grants to support Speedway clubs and associations in order to increase grass roots participation in the sport.
Speedway associations and clubs in all areas are eligible for a Grass Roots Event Grant, provided the events are held at a Speedway Australia Insured Track (view track directory).
