NASR Disciplinary Tribunal Findings
NASR and the disciplinary tribunal have concluded its investigation of several incidents that occurred during and immediately following the Australian Sprintcar Title in May 2010.
On the 7th of June 2010, Kerry Madsen, Jason Kendrick, Geoff Kendrick and Ryan Farrell were issued with infringement notices with regards to an alleged incident occurring soon after the 2010 Australian Sprintcar Championship held in Darwin, NT.
After all judicial options were carefully considered, NASR dismissed all charges of misconduct against the 3 drivers in accordance with the Australian Speedway Racing Rules & Regulations.
