Queensland Flood Situation
The National Association of Speedway Racing would like to extend our sympathies and support to those affected by the Queensland flood situation.
Many individuals have lost, or are facing the prospect of losing their homes and businesses. We are aware that Speedway venue operators in Queensland who depend on Speedway as a means of income have already been affected by, or are bracing for flood damage.
During times of disaster we should all remember that some things are more important than our sports, hobbies and past times. Our first priority should always be ensuring the health, safety and well-being of ourselves and loved ones.
NASR wishes all the best to those residents affected by the Queensland floods and urges all residents to follow the advice of Police and rescue personnel to stay safe during the crisis.
