Pit Area Age Restrictions

In the interest of safety, Speedway Australia has implemented a minimum age for the Pit Area.  Children are not permitted into the pit area under 16 years if age.

Exceptions may be permitted in the following circumstances:

• Children aged 12 to 15 who possess a Speedway Australia Licence and/or Personal Accident Insurance, or
• Children aged 10 to 15 who possess a Speedway Australia Licence and/or Personal Accident Insurance, and are actively competing in the race meeting.

Please Note: Events in NSW are governed by different Legislative requirements. Individual tracks may wish to impose higher limits and are entitled to do so.
